Rossi Design understands the importance of each and every phase in the products that we manufacture; from taking the order, the production process, even until the packing and shipping of the completed product to the client. All of Rossi Design’s manufacturing processes are overseen by a professional team with vast experience in the industry. This ensures that all products are produced at the utmost efficiency, while also meeting the most stringent of quality standards.

We employ a highly skilled in-house research and development team with proven capabilities in designing and producing up-to-date products that satisfy up-to-the-minute market trends and needs. All our personnel are highly trained and take pride in their workmanship, with years of experience working in the industry. Our production facilities cover a built-up area of more than 300,000sq.ft., with over 300 highly trained personnel and staff on site, utilising modern & advanced manufacturing machinery and technologies ensures that Rossi Design will manufacture products at the highest quality possible.

It is our intention to continually invest in the latest and best technology to ensure that we continue to develop and supply high quality and cost effective products to an ever changing and highly competitive market. Our manufacturing plant is equipped with the latest advanced machineries such as; foam mixer, foam cutter, spring assembling, spring coiler, wire welding, wire cutting, sewing machines ,quilting machines & mattress roll packing machine.

Rossi Design is one of the spearheads in the manufacture of bedding and furniture products, including foam mattresses, bed headboards, inner spring mattresses, box springs mattresses, divans, bed frames, upholstery, dining chairs, office chairs, pillows, sound proofing and etc. Being a major supplier, Rossi Design has its products sold in various retail outlets, including furniture stores, department stores and specialty bedding stores, both domestic and international. Rossi Design has exported products to Asia, America & Europe.

The company is also the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for over 17 years for Japanese brand Muji as well as the biggest exporter of spring mattresses and Divan Beds to Japan. Our remarkable continuous growth is the result of over 40 years of steadfast commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
