Luxury Sleep Products Sdn. Bhd. (‘Luxury Sleep’) is a manufacturing company specialising in bedding products and offers customers an extensive product line which includes mattresses, pillows, bolsters, divans and many other fine bedding items. Luxury Sleep also produces in-house brands and private label manufacturing for sleep products that caters to different customer segments in both local and overseas markets.
The in-house brand names such as “Back Pedic” and “Sleep Matics” are exclusive house brands available in two popular regional chains stores in Malaysia, namely Harvey Norman and Mylanohaus respectively. Moreover, the other in-house brands like “Lezzee Sleep” which focuses on bedding accessories. The product range includes pillows and foldable mattresses which are intended for online sales and a more selected distribution channel. Besides that, the “Simoni” & “Ezee Rest” brand is aimed to supply to selected independent furniture shops and mattress stores.
In addition, Luxury Sleep is also the exclusive licensee in Malaysia and Singapore for the production of “Hilker” and “Gausmann” mattresses, an internationally renowned brand of over 100 years from Germany. Besides Luxury Sleep lately has own new exclusive licensee in Malaysia for the production of “Ernest Hemingway” mattresses, an internationally renowned brand from USA.
CHL Foam Industries Sdn. Bhd. (‘CHL’) is a polyurethane foam manufacturer. It has the widest and most diverse product range available in the industry segment. CHL manufactures over 80 grades of foams for an entire spectrum of applications and uses, the product range includes:-

CHL produces polyurethane foam components for a wide variety of applications in the furniture and bedding industries for both local and export purposes. The product range includes automotive seats, headrests, armrests, sofas, dining chairs, office seating, soundproofing, sleep mattresses, pillows, upholstery, and more.

Winplus Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd (‘Winplus’) is primarily involved in the production and marketing of bedding and healthcare accessories. Products include pillows, bed toppers and travel mattresses, lumbar, neck and seat cushions. In addition Winplus also distributes car accessory products such as air fresheners, sunshades and a licensed range of Looney Tunes products.
We produce a wide range of bedding and healthcare accessories for different consumer’s applications under a few in-house brand names such as ‘SLEEPING PARTNER’, ‘MIKIYA’, ‘MY SNUZZ’ AND ‘SLEEPY JOE’. These can all be found in departmental stores and hypermarkets.
There is an exclusive range marketed by Winplus under the ‘ASHLEY SUMMERS’ brand, the product range includes feather, memory foam and latex toppers and premium microfiber items. In addition, a new brand of ‘Comfort Co’ range is intended for online sales and a more selected distribution channel.
Sleep Matics (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. (‘Rossi Components’) supply bedding components to worldwide manufacturers for the home, commercial, and medical industry. The bedding components that we are offering consist of pocketed spring coils in a different system, foams of various density and durable felt.
All the bedding components are produced and assemble in our factory and deliver to local and international manufacturers.
